Keep a Changelog 형식에 따라 커밋, PR, 릴리스로부터 변경 이력을 자동 생성합니다. 릴리스 워크플로를 설정하거나 릴리스 노트를 생성하거나 커밋 규칙을 표준화할 때 사용합니다.
